Madrasah Ramadhan

In the name of Allah the most Loving and the Most Giving

*Feather duster in hands, cleaning in progress* Uhuk3x~ it has been long time, no blogging and no blabbering since i've been "busying" myself with other stuff. Lab report, class, homework, reading and reading and more reading~ Ya, i should do some review here but.. hehehe.. may He grant me more time (or actually, i , should manage my time properly :P) I went here and there, seeking more knowledge in order to make sure myself closer to Khalik :) and to balance it with my previous life, only HIM knows how hard it is for me. BUT STILL,ALHAMDULILLAH! So, without further a due, let me share with all of you, one of the talk i went too, a day before ramadhan mubaraq~

"O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun (the pious)"
So, why did Allah said that we may become pious people when we practice sawm (fasting)?

First and foremost, let us dig a lilltle into the meaning of TAQWA. According to some, Taqwa means to feel afraid. So basically, they define taqwa is to be afraid of Allah. However, this meaning is not really precise. Why? let's say if you find in the middle of the street someone that you really afraid of, would you stay or would you run away? Normal people would run away except for a special people that has the title... paham2 je la hehehe

Thus the right meaning to define taqwa is to be between longing for and afraid of Allah. Therefore, when we long for Him, we will be near him doing the good things and afraid of doing something that will make Him wrath over us.Other than that, some define Taqwa according to the word itself. T-Tawaduk which means that we must always remember that we served only HIM and we are just a lowly servant compared to his Greatness.A-Amanah or trust. In fasting concept itself, we did train ourselves to be amanah with the task He give to us.. Q-Quality.Al muttaqun not only rely on quantity but more important, the quality. Fasting for him not a tradition but as an ibadah that he do solely to seek His pleasure. W-Waraq. They are people that do things according to His rules and leave what He prohibit. Amar Makruf Nahi Munkar. A-Amal. Walk your talk. Al muttaqun always practice Islam ways in every single way of their life.

From the meaning, now we go to the saying, we will become al-muttaqun when we execute the sawm. If anyone realize, fasting is actually the training month that Allah grant for us to train ourselves to be al- muttaqun, the pious people. But before that, why did Allah instruct us to fast only for a month, not for whole years? BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT WE CAN PERFORM IT! Why did we perform solat 5 times per day? BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT WE CAN PERFORM IT! Why did he said only to perform the pilgrim when we are capable? BECAUSE HE KNOWS NOT ALL PEOPLE CAN AFFORD IT! He knows every single thing that we know not. Thus, we must perform all the duties given to us without questioning WHY & WHY? in every single thing he instruct to us. Why all the sahabah and sahabiah of our prophet S.A.W and the soleh, solihin were called al muttaqun? Because they never ask why, they just obey and believed that every single thing that Allah instructs is the best thing for them. For instance, He prohibits us not to eat the swine. Way years back, of course they don’t have any technologies to discover what we discovered now about the swine (fact: swine has more that 80 diseases that can harm human> hu, dasyat x?) but still, THEY BELIEVE IN HIM. Every single thing must have a reason and hikmah behind it.THEREFORE,We, the future generation, with technologies around us that can proven almost everything that He let us, should be more pious that them. Doesn’t it sound RIGHT? Because everything is proven but yet, people.. They just never open their heart, eyes and mind~

Pheww.. lepas gak gian nak tulis in English. Tapi tak abis lagi ni. To be continued

p/s:English dh tunggang terbalik.. huhuhu Berjaya masak lemak ayam & udang masak seczhuan smlm.YEAH!

Ya ALLAH tuhan yang membolak-balikkan hati, tetapkan hatiku dalam agamaMU
